All products are well packaged to protect them from possible damage during transport. The Customer will receive via WhatsApp the tracking number of his product and the link to access the carrier's website where he can follow the delivery progress.

THEflight deckdoes the tracking of the products shipped, but it is important that the buyer follows the progress of the transport of their products and if something strange happens (product going to the wrong destination or it takes much longer than agreed), Flight Deck can be contacted so that the carrier be triggered and take appropriate action.

If there is any loss or damage, it will be reimbursed by the carrier.

  • Pickup: The customer can choose to pick up the product atflight deck, but first you must get in touch and arrange the day and time to come to the company.

  • Our shipment is made by CORREIOS or AZUL CARGO, both with a tracking system to monitor the delivery.

  • International shipments will be made by Fedex, contact us, inform your ZIP CODE and request a quote.

  • Damaged Packaging/Product: In case your product packaging arrives violated, crumpled, torn or with any damage, before opening, we recommend taking some photos and that these photos contain the sender and recipient. If the equipment is also damaged, take several photos of the entire product and other photos focusing on what was damaged. These photos, together with the written report, will be sent to the carrier so that the insurance can be activated and the problem solved as soon as possible. 

  • Lost Product: For products lost toflight deckactivates the responsible carrier who asks the insurer to pay the invoice amount for the product. The replacement of the product for the customer will happen as soon as possible, following the availability of the product in our stocks.

About Store Products:

After receiving the product, the buyer who for some reason has regretted the purchase, has a period of 7 calendar days to express himself via e-mail.contato@flightdecksim.com a product return or exchange request.


THEflight deckwill request that the product be packaged in the same box in which it was received and with the necessary locks so that the product does not suffer damages in the return transport and will issue a product return note, after the end of this process the customer must notify Theflight deckthat the product is packed, and so theflight deck you can ask the carrier to pick up the box at the customer.

 

The customer will have the value of the product refunded within 7 days after delivery of our products. The amounts paid by the customer for freight will not be refunded. The amount that will be refunded to the customer will have the discount for the return shipping of the product.
